Service Description
Our direct mailing services are performed with state of the art mailing and design software to comply with US Postal Services requirements.

Direct Mailing Postscards include the following services:

  • Postcard design through one of our available templates. Photos, logos, portraits and customized messages have to be provided by the customer.
  • Mailing addresses have to be provided by the customer or by our Information Gathering services.
  • Mailing address validation (CASS), in order reduce returned mail due to bad addressing.
  • Duplicate addresses and/or names elimination.
  • High quality postcard and mailing address printing.
  • USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode printing.
  • Standard Regular Mail Postage.
  • Delivery to the US Postal Service General Mail Facility for final distribution.

If Information Gathering Services are selected, we will also send a campaign recipients' list (for campaign follow up purposes) via email to the customer.
